1. Who we are
Color Still Mind (the app and this website) is provided by Symington Intelligence Group Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 17234629) whose registered office is at 5 Brayford Square, London, E1 0SG, United Kingdom. We are the controller of your personal data under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018.

2. What we collect and why

If you use the app without signing in, your art and settings stay on your device and we receive none of it.
Health-related answers stay on your phone
During setup the app may ask whether anything like ADHD, neurodivergence, anxiety or your mental health brings you to coloring. Answering is optional. Your answers are kept only on your device, and only if you tick the box asking the app to use them to personalize your experience. They are never uploaded to us or included in your cloud backup, and we cannot see them. You can delete them at any time from the account screen in the app, or by uninstalling the app.
What we don't do
We don't sell or rent your personal data. We don't show ads. We don't use advertising or analytics trackers in the app. We don't make automated decisions about you that have legal or similarly significant effects.
3. Who we share it with
We use a small number of trusted service providers ("processors") who handle data only on our instructions:
- Supabase: our database, file storage and sign-in service. Your account and backups are stored in London, UK.
- Google: when you choose "Continue with Google", Google confirms your identity to us under its own privacy policy. (Apple does the same for "Sign in with Apple".)
- Vercel: hosts this website.
- Google Fonts: the app and this website load their typefaces from Google Fonts, so your device connects to Google's servers, which receive your IP address.
- Our email provider: delivers messages sent to our support address.
When you share a picture, you choose where it goes using your phone's share options (for example WhatsApp or Instagram). What happens next is governed by that app's own terms and privacy policy.
Our daily pictures are created with the help of AI image tools. None of your personal data is sent to those tools.
We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect the rights, safety and security of our users and service.
4. International transfers
Your account and backups are stored in the UK. Some of our providers, or their support staff, may access data from other countries, including the United States. Where that happens we rely on UK-approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or Addendum, or the UK–US data bridge.
5. How long we keep it
We keep your account data and backups for as long as your account is open. When you delete your account, your account, profile and all backed-up pictures, colors and progress are deleted straight away, and any copies in our providers' routine backups are removed within 30 days. Security logs are kept only as long as our providers need them for security purposes (normally no more than 90 days). Support emails are kept for up to 2 years, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, and receive a copy in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time.

- Anything else: email hello@colorstillmind.com. We'll reply within one month.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
7. Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Each person's art is stored in a private area that only their own signed-in account can read or change.
8. Children
Color Still Mind is designed for adults. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you're under 18, please check with a parent or guardian first. If you believe a child under 13 has created an account, contact us and we'll delete it.
9. Storage on your device
The app saves your pictures, colors and settings on your device so it works offline. This is essential to how the app works. This website doesn't set cookies.
10. Changes to this policy
If we make important changes, we'll tell you in the app before they take effect. The date at the top shows when this policy last changed.
